Running Journal #2

This run was terrible. I know, OK! There were a lot of things challenging me on this run; I was coming off only 4hrs sleep, I’m getting major hay fever, and… I had a huge Burger King just two hours before. So not the best three pillars that make a decent run, y’know?

I usually run in a huge park that is just over 3km from my apartment. I usually run there, run (on average) 5km inside the park, then run back, which would be about 11km. This time I ran to the park, and ran inside the park for five minutes before keeling over and sitting on a bench for 30 minutes.

Whatever. Tomorrow’s another day. And I don’t regret that Burger King one bit 🖕
